Don't Be Afraid...

This is my second scratchboard for my Illustration class~ I'm not entirely happy with this one...but I tried. The scratching is really rushed because I ran out of time.

My idea came earlier, more like the beginning of the semester, and I thought why not use my idea for this project? (Although, I did have to change my idea a lot in order to get this project done). I wanted to have some sort of monster giving a bunny a carrot, kind of like a stranger giving a kid candy. This flower is obviously supposed to be dangerous, hence the cleaver, but I'm not implying that all strangers are dangerous. Kids still need to be aware that not all strangers are going to be the safest, friendliest people.

Time: 3-5 hours? (Should have really spent 10-20 hours on this thing)
